A message from Saxons’ founder...

At Saxons, a key area of our focus is attracting and retaining talented people. Our people are high performing. They are committed to achieving, passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients and are honest, trustworthy and reliable.

We believe that reliable, friendly and efficient customer service is crucial. We strive to constantly exceed service expectations by having a dedicated floor manager and receptionist available all day to meet all of the trainers’ needs.

In today’s competitive environment, it is critical to be flexible to adapt to challenges and opportunities. Our philosophy at Saxons is to be flexible to accommodate our client’s individual needs. In order to perform a service that is right for our clients, we provide flexibility. Each training room can be configured specifically to meet each client’s unique styles and individual needs.

Saxons’ dedicated Account and IT Managers are accessible prior to the event to coordinate any last minute changes and to ensure a thorough set up of the training event. Our floor manager is available throughout the training event to respond to any requests from the trainer allowing challenges to be dealt with immediately.

I am proud of our team and the quality of the service they deliver. To be awarded the 2009 “Gold Award for the Best Training Venue” (LearnX Asia Pacific 2009) demonstrates the teams’ commitment, energy and passion. We will not stop here though; we plan on raising the bar on customer service.
